Who we are

This notice covers the website xyzmgmt.net, run by XYZ MGMT LLC, a limited liability company formed in Texas, USA (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@xyzmgmt.net.

What this website collects

This website does not ask you for any personal information. It has no forms, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising tags and no embedded content from other companies.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no similar technologies, such as local storage or tracking pixels. Because nothing is stored on your device, there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes standard technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Netlify handles that information under its own privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use them only to reply to you, to provide any services you ask about, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our email is provided by Google Workspace and our phone line by Google Voice.

We do not send marketing emails. If we ever do, we will send them only to people who have asked for them, and every message will include a simple way to stop.

Why we use it

Where data protection laws such as the UK or EU GDPR apply, we rely on these legal bases:

• Legitimate interests: running and securing this website, and replying to people who contact us.
• Contract: taking steps you ask for before entering into an agreement with us, and providing services under one.
• Legal obligation: keeping records the law requires.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers named above, which act on our instructions, or where the law requires us to.

Where it is processed

We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be handled there.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent for, and for any longer period the law requires. We then delete it.

How we protect it

The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our email and accounts is limited to the people who need it and protected by two-step sign-in. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop using it, or limit how we use it.

Email hello@xyzmgmt.net with your request. We will respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our answer, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
